She does service all areas of South Florida depending on her clientele's needs and goals. Although her main focus is residential sales, Carol has closed multiple commercial transactions in retail, restaurants, and multi-family properties.
This New England native's passion for real estate began in Boston, where she obtained her first real estate license in 1998 after studying Business at Northeastern University. In the early 2000's Carol embraced her affinity for the developing city of Miami upon accepting an account executive position selling two Latin American publications, and ultimately refining her sales skills for the Latin American luxury lifestyle market. She furthered her knowledge of real estate sales and marketing as the marketing account executive for two prestigious pre-construction projects, The W Hotel and Residences in Miami Beach and The Epic Hotel and Residences.
In 2006, her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate sales culminated with launching her real estate career in Miami. Since then, Carol’s developed extensive knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market and successfully tailored profitable investment opportunities, despite challenging economic environments.
